I have been a racecar and kart driver, a racecar mechanic for a major endurance prototype team in the mid- & late-’80s, a racecar fabricator, have helped build a 40% scale wind tunnel, been a robotic electronic assembler, a technical writer, a senior editor, and a nature photographer.
One of my foremost passions is making this world a better place. Toward that goal, I have worked in the ManKind Project (MKP) since 1999 as a contact in the Davis, CA area, building the community of MKP men, creating weekly men’s groups, blogging the MKP, serving in the past as the webmaster & social media man for the Northern California MKP community, staffing training events, manning informational booths, and previously serving as Northern California MKP enrollment coordinator; striving to change the world, one man at a time.
I believe in causes that help all of us realize a more compassionate and thoughtful world. I support honoring the earth and all on it, even those that have contrary beliefs.
